You have your own entrance and are greeted by a small hall with a coat hanger, your own toilet with sink. There is a spacious wardrobe with a shelf for storage. The shower is located in the basement of the house and is only shared with one other tenant in the house (with lock of course). There you will also find a sauna and relaxation room as well as the common laundry room. It is easy to find laundry time as we are only 14 apartments in the condominium association. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you might need for your own small household. There are two hotplates, small fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. Furnishings: 120 cm bed, bedside table, sturdy small kitchen table, chairs, (possible desk chair), wall-hung shelf and a small rolling table for the microwave and storage. At the back of the house there is our own cozy pine hill with the association's garden furniture and barbecue area to use freely. Good communications with approx. 10 minutes cycling distance to the city and buses at Sommarro station at, among other things. Pizzeria and Sushi. If you have a car, it may be possible to rent a parking space if one is free.
