Hi everyone, I'm moving back to Norway and looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is in Finntorp, right next to Sickla shopping centre. It's on a very quiet street with little traffic since there's no through road. The balcony gets sun for most of the day and has been one of my favourite parts of living here. The internet is very fast and works well for streaming, gaming, and working from home. The apartment comes with a large, comfortable bed and a TV with all the usual apps installed. There is a communal laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, all recently replaced. You book a time slot through an app. SATS gym, ICA, Systembolaget, restaurants, and shops are all about a 5-minute walk away in Sickla. The nearest bus stop is on the same street, and Nacka Station is about a 5-minute walk. From there, it's around 8 minutes by bus to Slussen. The landlord is very friendly and easy to deal with. Rent is 11,000 SEK per month and includes everything. The lease runs until the end of October, with the possibility of staying longer if agreed with the landlord. The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual cooking utensils and appliances. The shower has good water pressure, and the bed is very comfortable. It's a great apartment in a convenient location, but the balcony is definitely the highlight for me.
